鈥淟ook Toward the Heavens: The Art of He Qi,鈥� the current exhibition at the Concordia Historical Institute on SA国际传媒鈥檚 campus, has been extended through February 2010 due to popular demand.
In addition, a documentary entitled 鈥淗e Qi: The Peaceful Message,鈥� created and produced by Seminary media producer, Dale Ward, and managing editor of theological publications, Rev. Travis Scholl, will be shown on the 鈥淔rames鈥� series on local St. Louis HEC-TV. 鈥淔rames鈥� is a program that features local filmmakers and their work. The documentary may be viewed on January 19 and January 26, 2010, at 8:00 p.m. CST.
鈥淲e are thrilled to have the peaceful presence of He Qi鈥檚 artwork with us for an extra month,鈥� commented Scholl, 鈥渁nd that the St. Louis community has been so receptive to his work. In these cold winter months, we will continue to be warmed by his vibrant colors and light.鈥�
As a special offering to the public, the Concordia Historical Institute will open its doors to the He Qi art exhibit between 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. before the January 31 Bach at the Sem concert.
