SA国际传媒 to host First Responders Appreciation Day

SA国际传媒, St. Louis will honor local first responders at a special chapel service Friday, Sept. 25, 2015, at 9:35 a.m., in the Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus on the Seminary campus. City officials, local police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians (EMTs) are welcome to attend. A reception for all on Chapel Plaza will follow the service.

鈥淲hen a first responder comes to your help, chances are you don’t personally know him or her, but you welcome that first responder as a trusted friend in your time of need,鈥 said Dr. Dale A. Meyer, president of the Seminary. 鈥淪A国际传媒 is pleased to welcome and honor first responders. They are truly blessings from God to our communities!鈥

Rev. Bill Wrede, director of ministerial recruitment and admissions, will preach at chapel and provide a reflection on his ministry to first responders on-site at Ground Zero on Sept. 11, 2001.

RSVP by Sept. 16 at www.csl.edu/firstresponders [1], where more information about the event, including parking instructions for emergency vehicles, can be found.
