鈥淭he Word became flesh.鈥� Those words from the first chapter of the Gospel of John are the focus of the 2017 Advent sermon series, published by Seminary Press of [1].
The series, entitled 鈥淭he Word Became Flesh: An Advent/Christmas Sermon Series on John 1:1-18,鈥� [2] is written by Dr. Reed Lessing, former professor of Exegetical Theology at SA国际传媒 and senior pastor of St. Michael Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne, Ind. The sermon series includes full sermons and liturgies that can be adapted for either Wednesday or Sunday use during Advent through Christmas Eve.
