Laudamus [1], a select choir of seminarians preparing for full-time service as pastors in The Lutheran Church鈥擬issouri Synod (LCMS), will perform Sunday, April 15, at [2]. This performance marks the final stop of the choir鈥檚 2018 spring tour.
Under the direction of Dr. James Marriott, the Seminary鈥檚 Kreft Chair for Music Arts, the choir delights in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music.
Each year, the choir schedules tours to LCMS schools, universities and churches throughout the country, singing an eclectic program representing the church鈥檚 song from many different genres. The concerts are free but freewill offerings are taken.
The final spring concert begins at place 3 p.m. at [2], 812 Soulard St., Saint Louis, MO 63104. A member of the Seminary鈥檚 admissions team will be available to talk with prospective students and anyone interested in church work opportunities and answer questions about the Seminary.
