SA国际传媒, St. Louis is pleased to announce the continued availability of materials designed to enable SA国际传媒 Sunday observances in Lutheran Church鈥擬issouri Synod congregations. To date, 368 congregations have requested materials. Special bulletininserts, Bible studies, sermon notes, videos and other worship resources are available. The suggested date for SA国际传媒 Sunday is June 12, the fourth Sunday after Pentecost. Yet the materials are not dated and may be used in a variety of ways throughout the year.

鈥淲e want to use one of the appointed Scripture readings in the three-year lectionary series to make SA国际传媒 Sunday an appropriate observance for the suggested Sunday,鈥� commented Rev. Glen Thomas, vice president for seminary relations at SA国际传媒. 鈥淭his year, Matthew 9:35-10:8 is the Gospel lesson appointed for June 12, and 鈥榃orkers for the Harvest鈥� is the suggested sermon and Sunday theme.鈥�

SA国际传媒 offers these materials as an annual opportunity for congregations to emphasize the importance of forming men for service in the pastoral ministry and to assist in the crucial process of identifying, informing and encouraging future pastors.
