Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund reporting
SA国际传媒 acknowledges that we have signed and returned to the Department of Education the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that we have and intend to use the applicable amount of funds designated under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) program to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.

Students who had unexpected expenses after the campus closure due to COVID-19 were encouraged to submit an application outlining how they were affected and their subsequent needs. Students were selected to receive the grant based on eligibility for Title IV federal financial aid.
Students who received the grant received information regarding the nature of the emergency grant and were notified that these funds do not need to be repaid. Students were advised that the grant could be used to cover their unexpected expenses outside of tuition.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), with which SA国际传媒 intends to comply fully, was designed to protect the privacy of educational records, to establish the right of students to inspect and review their educational records, and to provide guidelines for the correction of inaccurate or misleading data through informal and formal hearings. Students also have the right to file complaints with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Office (FERPA) concerning alleged failures by SA国际传媒 to comply with the act.
Release to a third party of any information not considered 鈥渄irectory鈥 information requires written consent by the student. SA国际传媒 has adopted a policy that explains in detail the procedures used for compliance with the provisions of the act. Copies of the policy may be obtained from the Registrar. Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act
