Laudamus spring 2022 tour dates announced
Performances planned throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri
鈥淭his theme of this year鈥檚 program, 鈥楪one Home,鈥 is layered with meaning. Texas is home to many of our choir members and is one of my home states,鈥 said Dr. James Marriott, the Seminary鈥檚 director of Music Arts and the Kreft Chair for Music Arts. 鈥淏ut the deeper meaning is expressed in the nature of the concert program, pointing toward the eschatological hope we have in Christ, His resurrection and His return. That hope guides our Lenten journey together.鈥
The itinerary includes the following:
- Saturday, March 19, 7 p.m. , Broken Arrow, Okla.
- Sunday, March 20, 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. , Tulsa, Okla.
- Sunday, March 20, 3 p.m. , Edmond, Okla.
- Monday, March 21, 7 p.m. , Flower Mound, Texas
- Wednesday, March 23, 7 p.m. , Klein, Texas
- Sunday, April 3, 4 p.m. , St. Louis, Mo.
The choir will perform pieces by Brant Adams, Felice Anerio, Dan Forrest and Antonio Lotti.
