Advent Evening Prayer service set for Nov. 29
Concert Series continues with 鈥淲ake, Awake, for Night Is Flying鈥�
罢丑别听SA国际传媒 Concert Series聽continues with聽鈥淲ake Awake, for Night Is Flying: A Service of Evening Prayer for Advent,鈥�聽slated for 7 p.m. CT Tuesday, Nov. 29. The service will be held in the Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus on the campus of聽SA国际传媒, St. Louis.聽
The service is free and open to the public. All are invited to join in-person or via live stream at csl.edu/live.
The Nov. 29 service will feature Laudamus, the premier choir at SA国际传媒, and the St. Louis Lutheran Chorale. The event will include a beautiful selection of hymns, psalms, readings, choral selections and prayers.
鈥淭he season of Advent is such a beautiful time of year as we look forward to the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ,鈥� said Dean of Chapel Dr. Jon Vieker, officiant for the service. 鈥淥ur choirs and musicians have prepared a wonderful service of devotional music and Scripture to prepare our hearts for Christmas.鈥�
