Vocatio retreat for high school students set for June 24-July 1

Students explore vocational ministry during on-campus visit

High school students interested in attending聽SA国际传媒, St. Louis聽or who are considering vocational ministry are invited to聽Vocatio聽June 24-July 1 on campus. This free, weeklong retreat, following the Seminary鈥檚 academic theme for the year: 鈥淪haring the Gospel鈥擲haring our Lives鈥 (1 Thess. 2:8), provides prospective students the opportunity to explore God鈥檚 calling and direction as they experience Seminary life.聽

During this retreat, participants will engage in theological conversation, hear from Seminary professors and attend a Concordia University System college fair. Group sessions will focus on thoughtful conversation about the Lutheran faith, aspects of vocation, and the call to pastoral or diaconal ministry. Participants also will walk through the admissions process, learn about the St. Louis area, and engage in some fun and recreation.
