The formation of the new President’s Cabinet will bring leaders of the Seminary鈥檚 academic and operational divisions into closer working relationships to assist the president in establishing broad direction, strategy and policies for the sake of the Seminary鈥檚 vital mission of preparing the church鈥檚 future leaders.
The President鈥檚 Cabinet is composed of:
- Dr. Thomas J. Egger, President
- Dr. Ronald Mudge, Provost
- Chad Cattoor, Senior Vice President, Finance, Administration and Operations and Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer
- Vicki Biggs, Senior Vice President, Seminary Advancement and Chief Communications Officer
The administration of SA国际传媒 has been assigned by The Lutheran Church鈥擬issouri Synod to the Seminary president, whose administrative structure is presented to and approved by the Board of Regents. In his new position, Louis will oversee the management of Seminary assets to align with long-term strategic goals, maximize asset value and minimize risks as the Seminary works to implement its plans to guide and shape the future development of campus.
鈥淪A国际传媒 is blessed to have these gifted individuals serving our community. The creation of the President鈥檚 Cabinet will allow President Egger and these leaders to more effectively and efficiently carry out the mission of the Seminary. We pray that God bless them and their work,” said Rev. Max Mons, chairman of the Board of Regents.
Each member of the President鈥檚 Cabinet will report directly to the Seminary president. They will meet regularly together as well as individually on a regular basis with the president.
鈥淧lease join me in praying for Ron, Chad, Vicki and Mike as we move forward in this new way. I thank God for each of them. I serve alongside a group of gifted and dedicated leaders, and we have been given beautiful work to do: preparing servants of the Gospel to bring Christ鈥檚 mercy and eternal promises into all the world,鈥 said Egger.
